Complete Installation of BMU and Rail System
Design a new, improved switch mechanism
Fabrication of 4x cable restraint brackets to the existing track, 2 x fabricated end stops and 1 x end of travel limit ramp. Design and fabricate a functioning switch mechanism, 125 x65 PFC track guidance system.
Hot dipped galvanised coatings on all tracks
Delivery of tracks to the site in Sydney
Prepare Old BMU for removal
Install the 125PFC tracks as per the drawings and Manntech’s specification
Commission the New BMU
Manntech to organise Snow Engineering for third party inspection, We will assist on this day.
Building permits organised to carry out vertical drops and install wall restraint sockets, 7 levels, 22 drops, 2 anchors per drop 308 restraints required. Fastened using Chemical Hilti anchoring system.
